The most authentic place to stay in japan!
In general: The hotel features were exceptional..As a Japanese American and first time in the beautiful land of my ancestors I so enjoyed the Onsen how beautiful..The hotel was pristine I would stay there in a heart beat. The food was absolutely exquisite, fresh and so good!!! The People who worked there were so friendly and very accommodating but very sincere and genuine people. I thank them for a most lovely stay at your beautiful Hotel. In Gassh Location and surroundings: The surrounding area was breath taking I could not take enough pictures and some of the landmarks were very educational and beautiful, shopping was fun but for me I loved the amosphere and just soaked all of it in! Service: The service exceptional and beautiful! Friendly attitude was so nice to see where it seemed the staff really enjoyed their job. Dining: What can I say ab out the food...delicious doesn't do it justice. Fresh and from the area and of course set beautifully as only the people of Japan can do! Sports and leisure: The Onsen I absolutely loved...I went as many times in the short time we were there. So much therapeutic than any jacuzzi... I definitely miss it very much! Room: The best part of the stay the were the room I have always wanted to sleep in a futon and i slept so well it was beyond comfortable. Arigato Thank you for a memorable trip to Japan.
